Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Brizzit ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Brizzit mobile application, website (www.brizzit.com), as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "App").

By accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility & Accounts

To use Brizzit, you must satisfy the eligibility criteria and maintain the security of your professional account:

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Authentication: Brizzit leverages secure third-party authentication (Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In OAuth providers). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your authenticated profile.
  • Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information on your professional profile and update it promptly when details change.

Subscriptions & Billing

Brizzit offers a tiered subscription service, allowing users to unlock premium business utility features (including extended AI messaging and listing creations):

  • Subscription Tiers: Subscription tiers include Trial (3-day full core access), Member (standard community listing access), Core Suite (monthly/annual growth suite with CRM), and Premium Elite (monthly/annual elite networking suite).
  • Billing & Transactions: All financial transactions are safely managed through our payment processor, Razorpay. By initiating a premium subscription, you authorize payment of the designated price (inclusive of taxes) through the Razorpay platform.
  • Refund Policy: All subscription purchases are final, and fees paid are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the App subscription dashboard.

Marketplace & Networking

Brizzit provides a professional networking environment and requirement/listing marketplace to connect entrepreneurs, service providers, and creators:

  • Orbit Connections: Networking connection requests ("Orbit requests") and direct messaging are private interactions between users. Brizzit does not actively moderate, intervene in, or take responsibility for interpersonal disputes between users.
  • Marketplace Listings: You are solely responsible for the listings, business details, requirements, and portfolios you post. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of listings posted by other users.
  • Dealings: Any transactions, deals, or partnerships formed through Brizzit are solely between the participating users. Brizzit is not a party to, and assumes zero liability for, marketplace negotiations or business contracts.

User Conduct Rules

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the App:

  • No Illegal Activities: You shall not post fraudulent listings, false requirements, or engage in deceptive business practices.
  • No Spamming or Harassment: Unsolicited marketing, spamming connection requests, or harassing messages are strictly prohibited.
  • No Scraping: Automated extraction of profile data, active listings, or user indexes (data scraping) is strictly forbidden.
  • Respect System Limits: Attempting to bypass subscription daily message limits, database locks, or secure Edge Functions is a material breach and will result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL BRIZZIT, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
